I have been living hotworx!! I love that you have the options of the free weight area/free training area, as well as the guided workouts. It also a 24/7 gym, so you can access it all day!

Majority of the time I can book a sauna room alone, and it is perfect for ppl who want a quick 15-45 minute workout. They offer HIIT and ISO guided training sessions, but you can also do your own workouts in the sauna rooms you book.

I have been enjoying mixing it up and although some weeks I may not be as consistent I find myself going more than I did with a traditional gym.

If you are someone who likes quick workouts and gets overwhelmed with creating your own workouts + sometimes just needs something quick to keep yourself motivated this is perfect!!
