Spatchcock Chicken 🍗

Ingredients:

Whole chicken

Chicken Broth

Unsalted Butter

Bell Peppers

Onions

Avocado Oil

Minced Garlic

Fresh Thyme

Fresh Rosemary

Fresh Parsley

Creole Seasoning

Black pepper

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Paprika

Kinder Wood-Fire Garlic

Kinder Buttery Steakhouse

*Preheat over to 375°

1. Remove spine from you chiecken with a pair of kitchen scissors.

2. Once spine is removed, flip over chicken and press down on the breast until the chicken is flat.

3. Once you chicken is flat i took the time to wash my chicken.

4. Once the chicken is clean down with a clean paper towel.

5. Add avocado oil to a bowl and add in all of your seasonings.

6. Cover your chicken with the marinade and let it sit for 30 minues to 1 hour.

7. Add your chicken to a baking dish with your bell peppers, onions and butter. I added extra butter under the skin.

8. Cover your chicken with foil and let cook for 1hr basting every 30 minutes.

9. Once done pour your drippings into a sauce pan. Make a slurry I used 1tbsp of corn starch with 1tbsp of cold water. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

10. Pour your gravy over your chicken and serve!
