ARE YOU A GOOD PERSON?
Welcome to Life Thoughts Coaching!
In the movie, “The Equalizer 3, the doctor treating Denzel Washington’s character, Robert McCall, asks him if he was a “Good Man?” McCall responds, “I don’t know!”
Later, McCall asks the doctor why he asked the question. The doctor replies, “Only a good man would say he didn’t know.”

In today's fast-paced world, exploring our inner values becomes essential for personal growth. The question of morality, whether one is a 'good person,' often prompts self-reflection and can lead to deeper personal revelations. Denzel Washington's character in 'The Equalizer 3' reminds us that even uncertainty about our goodness may reflect humility—a good trait in itself. Life Thoughts Coaching invites you to pause and assess your own actions and values. Consider how kindness and gratitude shape your daily life. Being grateful not only affects our perspective but also enhances our emotional well-being and relationships. Studies show that practicing gratitude can lead to improved mental health and increased happiness. Furthermore, engaging with communities, sharing experiences, and supporting others fosters a culture of positivity. Life insights can be further explored on platforms like Lemon8, Instagram, and YouTube, where many share their journeys toward a fulfilling life. Don't forget to ask yourself: How can you contribute to creating a good life for yourself and those around you? Let's start building a community based on appreciation, kindness, and mutual support.
