LISTENING MORE AND TALKING LESS
Welcome to Life Thoughts Coaching!
We were all given two ears and one mouth for a reason. You can learn so much more by talking less and listening more. If you ask a question, listen carefully and hear the answer. People like it and feel good when they know you are listening and hearing them. I am sure you like it when someone hears what you're saying. Become a great listener, and people will appreciate it.
I have your back!
As always, be nice, be safe, and laugh a lot!
Thank you for sharing my videos and helping to reach and hopefully add more value to more people!

In today's fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel the need to dominate conversations, but mastering the art of listening can foster deeper connections. Listening not only shows respect but also allows for gathering important information. Great listeners engage in active listening, where they not only hear words but also pay attention to non-verbal cues such as gestures and tone. To practice better listening, try to maintain eye contact and refrain from interrupting. Paraphrasing what the speaker said can ensure understanding and make them feel valued. It’s beneficial to ask open-ended questions to encourage elaborate responses, which can give both parties a more enriching conversation experience. Moreover, listening is integral to effective leadership. Leaders who prioritize listening can build trust and rapport with their teams, enabling a supportive environment that fosters collaboration. They can also identify issues or concerns that might otherwise go unnoticed. By embracing an attitude of listening, individuals can transform the way they interact with others and ultimately create more fulfilling connections. Incorporating listening into your daily routine can start with small steps. Try to set aside specific times during your day to practice this skill, whether in casual conversations or professional settings. As you improve, you might find that your patience grows, enhancing your overall communication skills and enriching your personal growth journey. Consider what you can learn today just by listening!
