Rose Tapioca Pearls with Snow Fungus Soup:

1、Mix tapioca starch and rose petals in a bowl.

2、Add a little boiling water and stir into crumbs.

3、Knead into a smooth dough.

4、Divide into small pieces and roll into balls.

5、Boil rose pearls until they float.

6、Then chill in ice water.

7、Soak the white fungus the night before,Chop and simmer with water + rock sugar until gelatinous.

8、Add rose pearls.

9、Turn off heat, pour in milk.

10、Mix well, garnish with osmanthus + rose petals.

Rose Lychee Ice Jelly:

1、Prepare 3 peach peels.

2、Boil 3 peach peels with sugar.

3、Stir in white jelly powder.

4、Refrigerate for 2 hours.

5、Cut into pieces and put in a bowl.

6、Top with toppings + petals.

Osmanthus milk jelly:

1. Boil water + sugar + white jelly + dried osmanthus in appropriate amount and mix well.

2. Pour into a container and refrigerate to solidify.

3. Coconut milk + Pour milk into a pot and boil.

4. Add sugar + softened gelatin sheets, pour into a container and refrigerate to solidify.

5. Boil water + sugar and pour in half of the tapioca starch and stir well.

6. Pour in the remaining tapioca starch, add appropriate amount of dried osmanthus and knead into a ball.

7. Roll into small balls.

8. Add small balls into the boiling water, cook until they float, and then cook for another 5 minutes.

9. Remove and rinse with cold water.

10. Cut the milk jelly and osmanthus ice powder into small pieces, put them into the ball, and drizzle with osmanthus honey.

Mango Sago:

1. Boil 90g mango puree + 15g water.

2. Add 100g tapioca starch and stir well.

3. Knead into smooth dough.

4. Roll into small balls.

5. Boil the balls in boiling water until they float.

6. Remove and rinse with cold water for later use.

7. Boil the tapioca in boiling water for about 15 minutes until it starts to form dots. Cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes. Rinse with cold water for later use.

8. Finally, put it together with the balls and pour in an appropriate amount of coconut milk.
