No fuss Peanut Butter Frosting:

1 stick of butter - I always use salted

1/2-1 cup peanut butter - don’t overthink it

1-2 splashes vanilla extract

1 pinch of salt (more if using unsalted butter)

1.5-3 cups powder sugar - how sweet do you want it?

Milk - 1/4ish cup. Just add a little at a time until you get a desirable consistency.

Whip the butter and peanut butter together for a couple minutes using a hand mixer or stand mixer. You can do this by hand it’ll just be a work out 💪🏼

Add the vanilla and salt and mix in well.

Add in the powder sugar. Remember you can always add more so go on the lower end first!

Mix that in, it will get lumpy.

Mix in the milk a little at a time until you get your desired consistency. It should be smooth and silky but hold it’s shape.

If you found it’s not sweet enough, add more powder sugar. Then add more milk if necessary.

Don’t overthink it! Peanut butter frosting is SO forgiving. You can’t mess this up! ☺️
