Baking encourages mindfulness, offering tangible results and a sense of accomplishment which help combat feelings of helplessness. I encourage anyone facing mental strain to consider simple, nurturing activities. Baking, with its sensory engagement and rewarding outcomes, can serve as a therapeutic practice. Plus, sharing your baked goods can foster connection, turning personal coping mechanisms into moments of joy for others too. Ultimately, integrating baking into my mental health routine has been both a creative outlet and an emotional anchor.
