The best blueberry cinnamon rolls 🫐😋

Dry Ingredients

4 cups All Purpose Flour

1/2 cup granulated sugars

1/4tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

1 cup of whole milk (room temp)

1 pack of activated yeast (follow packet)

2 eggs (room temp)

1/2 stick unsalted butter (melted)

Mix All wet ingredients

1. In a stand mixer (mix dry & wet ingredients) with dough hook attachment.

2. Mix for until well combined or until forms a dough like consistency.

3. On a floured surface. Neat dough 10 time and let rest for 10 minute.

4. After ten minutes (roll dough out on a floured surface

14X12)

Blueberry Filling

1 1/2 cup blueberries

1/4 cup of granulated sugar

1/2 of lemon squeezed

(Cook filling on medium high for 10 minutes)

Let cool completely before spreading

Cinnamon Filling

1/2 cup dark brown sugar

1/2 stick of unsalted butter (melted)

1 tablespoons cinnamon

Mix and spread over dough

Add chilled blueberry filling over cinnamon filling

Roll dough and cut 2 inches thick.

1.Place Rolls in a well coated pan (Bakers Joy)

2. Cover with towel and place in a warm area.

3. Let raise for an hour.

4. Remove Towel and Bake for 20minutes on 350

Icing

1 cup of powdered sugar

1/4 cup of blueberry filling

1 tsp of vanilla extract

1 tbsp of water

Mix well and set aside.

After 20 minutes remove the rolls from the oven.

Let cool for 15 minutes.

Spread icing over rolls and add fresh blueberries

Serve
