Pineapple Steak Bites
Made these pineapple steak bites and yeah… they did exactly what they were supposed to do 😌
Juicy, seared steak paired with sweet, caramelized pineapple; sweet, savory, and just a little sticky. This is one of those dishes that feels simple but tastes like you really put something together.
Perfect for a Mother’s Day lunch or brunch twist when you want something different but still full of flavor.

I served mine with roasted yellow potatoes, veggies.
Why It’s Meaningful:
This is one of those meals that feels fun and a little unexpected.
It’s not traditional; but it still says “I took my time and made something good for you.”
