Caramel Fudge Brownies
Rich, fudgy brownies layered with smooth homemade caramel!
Used Roe Delectables fudge brownie mix and took it all the way up with that buttery caramel.
This is one of those desserts you cut into and already know it’s about to be good.

Recipe
For the Brownies:
* Roe Delectables Fudge Brownie Mix
* Ingredients listed on the mix (eggs, oil, etc.)
Prepare brownie batter according to package directions.
Homemade Caramel:
* 1 cup granulated sugar
* 6 tbsp butter
* ½ cup heavy cream
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* Pinch of salt
👩🏽🍳 Instructions:
1. Make caramel
Melt sugar over medium heat until amber in color.
Add butter and whisk. Slowly pour in heavy cream (careful—it will bubble).
Stir until smooth, then add vanilla + salt. Set aside.
2. Pour the brownie batter into a lined pan. Drizzle caramel on top. Take a toothpick and run a few straight lines across the caramel.
3. Bake
Follow baking time from mix instructions.
4. Finish
Let cool, then drizzle extra caramel on top if you like.
Pro Tips:
• Don’t overbake; keep that fudgy center
• Let brownies cool before cutting for clean layers
