My favorite mornings are the slow ones. No rushing, no chaos, no immediately checking my phone. Just a quiet kitchen, bacon cooking, eggs on the stove, and fresh fruit on the side. 🍳🥓🍓

I realized I enjoy my mornings so much more when I move intentionally instead of trying to “beat the clock.” A calm morning really sets the tone for my entire day.

Most mornings it’s simple:

• Bacon

• Eggs

• Fresh fruit

• A little peace and quiet

• Maybe Toast, Grits, or French Toast Sticks
