Shrimp Fried Rice
Some days I don’t need a complicated meal; I just need something familiar, comforting, and satisfying.
Making shrimp fried rice tonight gave me a chance to slow down and focus on something simple. The sound of the rice sizzling in the pan, the aroma of garlic and soy sauce, and those perfectly seasoned shrimp reminded me why cooking is one of my favorite forms of self-care.
Today’s therapy ingredients:
🍤 Seasoned shrimp
🍚 Fluffy rice
🧄 Garlic
🥚 Scrambled eggs
✨ Soy sauce & sesame oil
This wasn’t just dinner. It was a moment to recharge, clear my mind, and enjoy something made with my own hands.
