Sweet & Spicy Boneless Wings

Today, that looked like a batch of sweet & spicy boneless wings. The sweetness hits first, then comes just enough heat to keep things interesting. Crispy, saucy, flavorful, and exactly what I needed after a long day.

Cooking helps me slow down and focus on something simple. Just seasoning, cooking, tasting, and enjoying the process. It’s one of the easiest ways for me to recharge and be present.
