Recipe
For the Chicken:
* Boneless chicken thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces)
* Yellow mustard (binder)
* Garlic powder
* Onion powder
* Seasoned salt
* Black pepper
* All-purpose flour (seasoned with same spices)
* Oil for frying
Instructions (Chicken):
1. Prep
Cut chicken thighs into chunks.
2. Season
Lightly coat with yellow mustard.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper.
3. Dredge
Coat in seasoned flour, pressing it in well.
4. Fry
Heat oil to 350°F and fry until golden and crispy (about 6–8 minutes).
Homemade Honey BBQ Sauce:
* ½ cup BBQ sauce
* ¼ cup honey
* 1 tbsp brown sugar
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* Splash of vinegar (optional, for tang)
Make the sauce:
Simmer everything together for 3–5 minutes until smooth and glossy.
Finish:
Toss hot chicken in the honey BBQ sauce until fully coated. Paired my boneless wings with fresh cut French fries!!!!!
