私が買った業務スーパーの「デラクシアコーヒー」は、500gで1598円の大容量インスタント。正直、初見は“怪しいかも？”って思ったけど（笑）、毎日飲む家用コーヒーは消費が早いので、思い切ってチャレンジしました。 まず「まずい？」が気になる人向けに、飲む前にチェックしておくと安心なのが“濃さの調整”。大容量インスタントは、いつもの感覚で多めに入れると苦味や雑味が強く出やすい気がします。私は最初は少なめ（小さじ1弱くらい）→物足りなければ足す、の順にすると失敗しにくかったです。お湯の温度も熱すぎると苦味が立つことがあるので、少し落ち着かせてから注ぐのもアリ。 一緒に買った「クリーミングパウダー（500g348円）」は、口コミで“甘くないのにコクが出る”系と聞くことが多いので、ブラックが苦手な人の味変に便利。私はまずブラックで香りを確認→次にクリーミングパウダーを少量入れて、ミルク感がどのくらい出るか試す予定です。あと、来客用には別でドリップ（18杯分398円）を用意しました。家用の節約と、お客様用の安心感を分けるの、地味に気がラクでした。 保存については、500gは結構な量なので湿気対策が大事。容器にハンドルが付いていて持ち運びしやすいのは助かるけど、開封後はスプーンを濡らさない・フタはすぐ閉めるを徹底したいところです。もし不安なら、100均の密閉保存容器に小分けするのもおすすめ。全部を移し替えなくても、1週間分だけ小さめ容器に入れて、残りはなるべく空気に触れないように保管すると風味が落ちにくいです。 栄養成分（タンパク質量など）を気にする人は、ブラックだとほぼ増えませんが、クリーミングパウダーを入れると成分が変わるので、気になる場合は裏面表示を確認して量を調整すると安心。 次は「香り」「溶けやすさ」「後味」「クリーミングパウダーとの相性」を、飲んだら正直に追記します。
