Easy Glute Workout
I have been so off my gym grind lately, but we’re slowly getting in a routine. Here’s the glute workout I did this morning before heading into the office for work. Short n sweet but still effective.
Question: what’s your favorite muscle group to workout?
Mine definitely has to be lower body! A legs feel like jello walking out of the gym and that always makes me feel like my workout was a success.
