Today’s simmer pot was created from intuition — not a recipe.

Every ingredient was chosen with intention to gently reset the energy in my home and my spirit.

🍊 Orange – symbolizes warmth, joy, and emotional balance.

I used it to invite comfort, happiness, and softness into the day.

🍋 Lemon – represents clarity, cleansing, and fresh starts.

This helps clear heavy energy and bring mental focus and lightness.

🌸 Lavender – for calm, peace, and nervous-system regulation.

I used extra lavender today because my spirit needed rest, grounding, and gentle energy.

🌿 Whole Cloves – traditionally used for protection and stability.

They bring a grounding, anchoring energy that makes the space feel safe and secure.

🤍 Vanilla – adds warmth, love, and emotional comfort.

It softens the atmosphere and brings a sense of home and ease.

This simmer wasn’t about perfection — it was about presence.
