How to sleep not enough but not broken
How to not sleep enough... but not broken!!!💕😛
1. Wake up, don't hold your hand first, let your brain wake up before the feed wakes up.
2. A glass of water. Save many lives. The body is not sleepy... just dehydrated.
3. Stop hard work when blurred. Use the rule "light work morning, hard work when the brain comes."
4. Caffeine helps but does not save lives. Drink fit. Do not churn the heart instead of energy.
