How To Glow Up The Back Half Through 2026
Reset yourself in the second half of the year to look better, get better and earn more.
Many have been targeted, but the goals set at the beginning of the year have not gone anywhere.
It's okay. Because "half a year" can change lives.
1. Glow Up Body (Physical Glow Up)
✅. Lose excess weight.
* 80% abstain from nectar
* Reduce the beer to once a week.
* Walk 8,000-10,000 steps a day.
* Protein at every meal
Target: * Reduce 3-8kg within 3 months
✅ Skin care
* Daily sunscreen
* Drink 2-3 liters of water
* Sleep before midnight
✅ Change the look.
* New haircut
* Orthodontics / Teaching (if necessary)
* Smooth tone clothes. Looks expensive
2. Glow Up Finance
Wash unnecessary expenditures. Check immediately what the month is wasting money on.
Cut:

* Shop according to mood
* Non-monetized expenses
Increase revenue by one channel. Ask yourself:
"If you have to raise 500 baht a day, what will you do?"
