It’s Okay to not feel Okay✨

I’m learning that each episode is different, sometimes I can still shower, I’ll just end up crying in the shower. Other times I can’t shower, or eat or sleep or anything for days. And with that, I’m learning something new each episode and learning how to love myself unconditionally 💋.

Read moreMental health struggles can manifest in various ways, and it's essential to acknowledge that having difficulty in self-care such as personal hygiene is a valid expression of these struggles. Studies show that mental illnesses can prevent individuals from performing basic tasks like showering or eating, reflecting deeper emotional turmoil. Taking steps towards understanding and improving one’s mental health is crucial. Sharing experiences with supportive communities can be invaluable, offering encouragement and reminders that it's okay to ask for help. Recognizing the complexity of mental health and understanding that healing is not linear can provide solace for those feeling lost. Building resilience through self-validation and unconditional self-love is central to recovery, creating a safe space for oneself to express feelings and navigate through them rather than suppressing them. Participating in online forums or support groups that focus on mental health can also be beneficial. They provide not just community support but also valuable insights and tips for managing mental health challenges, encouraging individuals to reach out rather than suffer in silence.

It’s okay to be…♥️
📖: You Deserve Your Own Love Too 💌 You are not a robot, you are allowed to feel it all. A single day could provide a handful of conflicting emotions—that’s normal. There is nothing wrong with you. You are safe to feel, to contradict, to not fit into a neat little box. You are safe to be you.

If you have been considering getting off social media for some time or have been going back and forth but never took action on it. This is your sign. I’m telling you it may be hard at first, BUT IT IS SO WORTH IT!! You will be surprised at how negatively social media can impact your life. I rememb

We don’t have to have it together all the time. Stop running from your feelings and actually feel them. This toxic positivity culture has us all confused, putting on fronts all day long, and to the point where some of us don’t even know how to feel anymore. Humans came here to experience all sorts

A Letter to My Younger Self: You will be Okay
Dear Younger Me, I wish you could see how everything is going to work out, even though it doesn’t feel that way right now. Life is full of uncertainties, and while it’s hard to know what’s coming next, trust me—things have a way of falling into place. I want you to stop being so hard on yourself

Is it okay to ask God why?
I had read a devotion about asking why and I decided to share my view about it. I hope this helps anyone who may be questioning about certain things in their lives. Remember that Jesus loves us all, and He knows what we need and what we don't. Keep your faith and trust in Him always. 🩷
