I couldn’t get a picture from yesterdays shot because I was in a rush in the morning to get to the gym but I did take it! Are a few dates for some energy and had some water. I’m wanting to cut out sugary drinks and stick to water to cut down on bloating, here’s to health!

This is today’s shot I added some pepper to the shot along with the pink salt and some turmeric, my goal is to slim my waist and grow my lower body, I’ll post some beginner pics and measurements in the near future so keep a look out for those!
