Lastly, keeping a daily state log in an app called Groundly helped me track patterns in my mood and identify what activities or environments restore me the most. Over time, this self-awareness has been key in managing my mental wellness. Integrating these resets into my daily routine has improved my emotional regulation and reduced anxiety.
