Our first shock and many girls
That day when Mens first came to remember that it was school holidays and going up to grade 1. I even remembered the clothes that were worn at home. We were wearing brown-white scotch shorts, sleeveless white shirts. That day, when I was late, I started having a strange stomachache, so I just sat around as a child until the maid did the laundry, so I came to tell my mother that my pants slept last night in blood. I should have Mens, so I was very scared because no one ever said in detail. I secretly said, "I have a period. It's okay. I'll teach you how to wear sanitary clothes."
That sentence turned from fear into a strange feeling of shame, shame and excitement.
She took us to the bathroom and taught us how to peel the tampon glue strip until she noticed the level of tampon paste on her pants.
We remember what I described and wore. Before I continue to teach you how to take care of myself during menstruation, I teach you that if we see that menstruation is almost full, change the new sheet immediately. The old sheet must be wrapped in newspaper paper or unwrapped paper before leaving. We should not leave it unwrapped because it will not look neat. After that, wash the area clean. Use the tissue to dry it before putting on a new sanitary towel every time. After that, I will keep asking all day, "How are you doing?" But I didn't answer anything because I didn't. I want to say that sometimes the paste of sanitary napkins is too high. The paste is too low.
The first day of menstruation isn't just about the body changing, it's about the first day we start learning to really take care of ourselves. What is it like at this age?
And I started to know that some days we would be sentimental, wanting to cry, some days we would have to take medicine, and I would buy a hot water bag and put it in hot water and wrap a towel for us to put on our stomach to cure your stomach pain.
It's now that I understand the word "woman," and I believe that many girls remember their first menstrual date, not unlike one of their important days, right?
I'd like to invite everyone to share that moment. The day we realize that... I'm a girl.
