... Read moreBeing a mom of 4 is a beautiful challenge, and my fitness journey reflects that. Finding time to work out amidst family and work commitments requires creativity and determination. I set a schedule to work out consistently, averaging four sessions each week, and prioritize clean eating. My fitness routine is all about fitting in quick yet effective workouts that leave me energized and ready to tackle the day. In addition to physical health, I aim to inspire other busy moms to find balance. Sharing tips on incorporating fitness into family activities can pave the way for a healthier lifestyle for everyone. For instance, family walks and engaging in sports together can transform fitness into quality family time. The support of online communities can also motivate moms on similar journeys. When we share our challenges and successes, we uplift each other, creating a positive environment where we can thrive. Remember, every small step counts, and it’s okay to celebrate progress, no matter how minor it may seem. Let's continue to encourage each other on this path to health and vitality!

I’m currently re-constructing my workouts. It has been a while that my left foot has been in pain. I got an MRI scan & found out that it’s under alot of stress & there’s some arthritis in that foot! No wonder I would be in pain & begin to limp after a long day at work or after my runs!
