白ネイルのワンカラーって、シンプルなのに一番むずかしい…って感じませんか？私は「白ネイル ムラになる」タイプで、特にホワイト系は“透けムラ＋筆跡＋サイドだけ薄い”がセットになりがちでした。ここでは、はけまろを使う前提で「ムラを減らす塗り方」と「剥がせるネイル（ピールオフ）の扱い」を、私が落ち着いた手順でまとめます。 まず下準備。白はちょっとの凹凸も拾うので、甘皮周りのルーススキンを軽く整えて、油分をしっかりオフ。ノンサンディングでも、指先の水分・ハンドクリーム残りがあると弾きやすいです。塗る前は手を洗ってよく乾かしてからが安心。 次に塗り方のコツ（ムラ対策）。 1) いきなり厚塗りしない：白は厚くすると一気に段差が出るので、1度目は「薄く、全体を同じ濃さに」だけ意識。 2) 圧をかけすぎない：はけまろの“神ハケ”はふわっと広がるのが強みなので、根元〜先端まで筆を寝かせ気味にして、ハケの面でスッと運ぶと均一になりやすいです。 3) 先端→根元の順で整える：まず爪先まで色を連れていってから、根元ギリギリは残ったジェルでそっと寄せると、キワが溜まりにくい。 4) サイドラインは最後に1ストローク：左右を何度も触るとそこだけ薄くなるので、片側ずつ“1回で決める”のが私には合ってました。 カラーは「002クリームホワイト」みたいなミルキー系だと、2度塗りでかなりきれいにまとまりやすい印象。ラメを足したい日は「014ラメくすみピンク」をポイントで重ねると、白のムラが目立ちにくくなって時短にもなります。 剥がせるネイル（ピールオフ）について。はけまろのピールオフはアセトン不要で、1週間前後でペロッと剥がせる仕様なのが助かりました。オフのときに無理やりめくると自爪が心配なので、浮きが少ない日はエタノールを隙間に少し垂らして、ウッドスティックでゆっくり面で持ち上げるのがおすすめ。取れた後はオイルで保湿すると、白ワンカラーを繰り返しても爪が乾きにくいです。 最後に、長さ出しジェルを合わせたい人向けメモ。長さ出しをしていると先端に厚みが出やすいので、白ワンカラーは「フォルムを先にきれいに作ってから色は薄く2回」のほうが失敗しにくいです。 ついでに「ポリッシュとジェルの違い」も体感としては、白は特にジェルのほうがツヤでアラが飛びやすい反面、塗りムラは硬化前に整える必要あり。だからこそ、広がりやすいハケと、焦らず動かせる粘度の組み合わせが重要だと思いました。白ワンカラーに苦手意識がある人ほど、一度この塗り心地を試してみてほしいです。
