Every workout is different. Some days I run a 5K, others almost 6 miles, the next maybe I only walk at a moderate pace for a few miles. But you know what? It’s about consistency and showing up for yourself. Even if you think it doesn’t count, it DOES! Don’t give up, keep going, I’m so proud of you! And your future self will thank you too!!
