When I need to find motivation I look back at these clips from 2023 as a reminder. I was diagnosed with MS April on 2023 and ran a half marathon less than 6 months later with several races in between. I was told people with MS don’t run by a neurologist and that lit a fire within me. Fast forward almost 2 years later and I’m feeling the best I’ve ever felt.
