Holidays are HARD & they get harder to truly enjoy as I grow older & THATS OKAY
🤍 In 6 years, I’ve lost 7 family members & it truly sucks, especially around the holidays. I miss being able to go to my grandparent’s house and spend time with them and listening to their stories.
🤍 It’s definitely something everyone will go through as it’s life.
🤍 Through it all, I’ve learned to truly enjoy every moment you get with your family. Some events may be annoying or seem uninteresting but I promise, looking back, I wish I would’ve spent more time cherishing those moment with my family members that have passed.
Bottom line: Cherish your family and friends while you have them around 🫶🏼
