My 2025 Morning Routine as an expecting Dad 👇

Here’s my no-BS morning routine as a 33-year-old expecting dad. Stupid simple, but effective.

💦 Water w/ minerals – replenishing my body with not only water, but minerals to help me stay hydrated.

☀️ Morning sun – Natural light sets my circadian rhythm and boosts testosterone. Fresh air = instant mood boost (unless you’re in 30 degree weather like me 😂)

☕️ Mold-Free Coffee - fun fact, a lot of the coffee that you get at the store is full of mold. I get only organic coffee that’s been third-party tested for mold. (Personally, I use Purity Coffee or Danger Coffee)

🧊 Cold plunge – Wakes me up, reduces inflammation, and builds mental resilience.

🍹 Pre-workout smoothie – super simple way to get almost 40 g of protein before my lift.

🏋️‍♀️ Lift heavy shit– I workout 3-4x a week

🥘 Post-workout meal – Protein, healthy fats, and quality carbs to recover and build muscle. No seed oils or artificial crap 🙅🏽‍♂️

🐶 No explanation needed

👉 BONUS: Gut Friendly smoothie recipe: Organic Kefir, Protein (I used Transparent Labs Cinnamon French toast flavor), creatine, frozen berries, and raw honey
