明倫進社ガルビは、炭火で焼き上げる豚カルビがメインの食べ放題チェーンとして知られていますが、私が実際に訪れて感じたのは、そのお肉の質の高さとバラエティの豊富さです。炭火の遠赤外線効果で肉の表面は香ばしくパリッと、内側はジューシーでやわらかく仕上がっており、噛むほどに旨味が口いっぱいに広がります。 また、チャプチェやトッポギなどの韓国家庭料理のサイドメニューも充実していて、食べ飽きることがありません。特にチャプチェは、甘めの味付けと弾力のある春雨が絶妙なバランスで、豚肉の脂っこさを程良く中和してくれます。さらに、季節によってはうなぎの炭火焼きが食べ放題に加わることもあり、普段なかなか味わえない贅沢も楽しめます。 飲み物もソフトドリンクが飲み放題で、特に韓国の甘酸っぱいジュース類は焼肉との相性が良く、口の中をさっぱりリセットしてくれます。デザートのかき氷も夏場には嬉しいサービスで、食事の最後を爽やかに締めくくれます。 食べ放題は時間制限がありますが、120分（平日）と余裕があり、ゆったりと食事を楽しむことができます。子供料金も設定されているので、家族連れにもおすすめです。 私が訪れた時、スタッフの方は親切で、店内も清潔感があり快適でした。炭火焼き特有の煙も排気がしっかりしていて気になりません。全体として、韓国の焼肉文化をたっぷり味わえる明倫進社ガルビは、コストパフォーマンスと味のバランスが抜群のスポットだと感じました。 今後訪れる際は、別料金の冷麺やテンジャンチゲ、ケランチム（韓国式茶碗蒸し）なども試してみたいと思います。これから韓国旅行や韓国グルメを楽しみたい方に、ぜひおすすめしたいお店です。
