COCONUT CULT HAUL: worth it or not? ✨
I’ve been eating coconut cult for years now. Ever since they came out I’ve been eating them. Here are a few flavors I’ve tried that I either really like or really don’t like. Let’s get into it.
Chocolate: LOVE this one. Love the mousse light texture. Love the flavor. It’s still strong from the probiotics but the chocolate in it does a good job making it less sour. 10/10 always am rebuying this one.
Banana: this is a new mini one. I really like this flavor. It’s not sour tasting like the usual probiotic yogurts. The banana flavor is not artificial flavor it has a very good banana pie flavor. They got the flavor just right. 9/10 only because chocolate still beats it.
Lemon: this is not good at all. It’s sour on sour flavor. Lemon and probiotic flavor together is just too much. Do not waste your money on it. 0/10

As someone who's been a dedicated Coconut Cult fan for years, I often get asked: is it really worth the hype and the price tag? After diving deep into countless tubs, I can confidently say, yes, it absolutely is – especially if you're looking for a delicious way to boost your gut health. What makes Coconut Cult stand out from other probiotic yogurts is its unique fermentation process and commitment to high-quality ingredients. It's not just another dairy-free yogurt; it's a potent dose of good bacteria packed into a surprisingly creamy and satisfying treat. You can often spot these distinctive probiotic yogurt products on store shelves, sometimes with visible price tags that might initially give you pause. But let's talk about why it's a worthy investment. My absolute go-to, the Chocolate Mousse, is a game-changer. The original article already raved about it, and I can't agree more. It’s got this incredible mousse light texture that feels indulgent, not chalky or watery like some other dairy-free options. The chocolate flavor isn't just a cover-up; it beautifully balances the natural tanginess from the probiotics, making it incredibly palatable even for those new to fermented foods. I love having it as a guilt-free dessert or even blended into a smoothie for an extra rich, gut-friendly boost. This smooth texture is truly what sets it apart. Then there’s the Banana Cream Pie – seriously, a new and good flavor that surprised me in the best way! Unlike artificial banana flavors you sometimes find, this one genuinely tastes like a fresh banana pie. It’s sweet, comforting, and has that wholesome feel. It’s perfect as a standalone snack or paired with some homemade granola for breakfast. It’s proof that natural flavors can truly shine. Beyond just eating it straight from the tub, Coconut Cult is incredibly versatile. I love adding a dollop to my morning oatmeal or a fruit bowl to make it more satisfying and probiotic-rich. For savory dishes, while the sweet flavors might not fit, their original plain flavor (if you're brave enough for the tang!) can be a fantastic base for dressings or dips. It’s all about experimenting and finding what works for your taste buds. Finding Coconut Cult can be part of the adventure! While it's becoming more widely available, I usually find it at natural grocery stores like Whole Foods or Sprouts. Keep an eye out for their dedicated shelf displays, as they sometimes have special promotions or new flavors popping up. If you're on the fence because of the cost, remember you're not just buying a snack; you're investing in a potent probiotic supplement that happens to taste amazing. For me, the benefits to my gut health and the sheer deliciousness, especially of that Chocolate Mousse flavor, make every spoonful worth it.

I’m keeping my eye out for the chocolate one!
