KETO PECAN PRALINES FROM SCRATCH

These are sooooo good. I don’t follow a keto diet but these are low carb and no refined sugar. Highly recommend making these. They taste a lot like pecan pralines that are full of sugar. They’re very easy to make too.

Using coconut sugar instead of traditional sugar provides a nice caramel flavor without spiking your blood sugar. Melting the butter, heavy whipping cream, and coconut sugar together until fully dissolved creates a smooth base that mimics the texture of classic pralines. One tip I’ve learned is to remove the pan from the heat at just the right time before adding the butter and vanilla. This helps prevent the mixture from overcooking and keeps the syrup silky. Adding shredded coconut along with pecans not only boosts the flavor but also adds a pleasant chewy texture. These pralines are very adaptable—if you prefer a crunchier texture, lightly toast the pecans and coconut first. Also, store them in an airtight container, and they stay fresh and tasty for several days. Whether you follow a keto diet or just want a healthier alternative to traditional pecan pralines, this recipe is a fantastic choice. They satisfy sweet cravings while being low carb and sugar-conscious, making them perfect for holiday treats or anytime snacks that won’t derail your health goals.
