I’ve also noticed that practicing active listening during conversations makes people feel truly seen and valued. This goes beyond just hearing words; it involves engaging with empathy and showing genuine interest. Another effective approach is to balance digital communication with offline activities that foster community. Joining local groups or wellness meetups not only enhances social bonds but also contributes to holistic wellness—combining emotional, mental, and physical health. The mantra “Get.
