... Read moreFrom my personal experience, the biggest challenge in maintaining any new habit or transformation is not the initial motivation—it’s what comes after. Motivation is fleeting; it acts like a spark that ignites the fire but doesn’t keep it burning. What truly sustains progress is cultivating a strong sense of identity around the change you want to embody. For example, instead of saying, "I’m trying to exercise," shifting to "I train regularly" creates a deep-rooted commitment that transcends temporary feelings. I found that adopting this mindset helped me overcome countless moments of low motivation. When motivation waned, my identity as someone who trains kept me accountable and consistent, even on tough days. This shift also helps in spiritual fitness and personal growth, as it encourages ongoing practice and alignment with core values beyond surface-level enthusiasm. The phrase "motivation fades. identity sustains." perfectly encapsulates this truth. By focusing on identity work—who you are becoming rather than just what you want to do—you build an unshakeable foundation for success. This approach has helped me set and stay committed to long-term goals, like the #2026Goals many of us strive for. Embracing the idea of training the self daily, rather than relying on transient motivation, transforms how we approach growth. It turns action into habit and persistence into a natural part of life. To anyone embarking on a transformation journey, I highly recommend cultivating this embodied self perspective. It’s not just about pushing through, but about becoming the kind of person who effortlessly shows up, every day.

Fast fills and clean graffiti fades!
At first, I thought the Variator Cap was a bit of a gimmick, but after really using it, I'm finding it really useful. It fills bigger areas quickly when turned all the way up; when all the way down, it is very precise for filling small areas and details. It also works really well for gradients.

Loosing Motivation Mid-Term
Losing Motivation Mid-Goal Starting a goal is easy because motivation is high, but motivation naturally fades as the work becomes repetitive and progress slows. This is normal, and success does not come from waiting to feel inspired again, but from continuing to take action even when motivation
