Calorie Deficit Journey Day 21

7:45am. Not eating or drinking anything except water till 11. Got pedicures scheduled for 12:30. Ive gotta really lock in. I saw my reflection yesterday and wanted to cry. I dont like who I see in the mirror anymore. I wear big tshirts or black all the time to hide myself in. I haven’t posted a full body picture of myself in 4 years. I never thought Id get to a point where I avoided mirrors or taking group photos. My confidence is so messed up. I tell myself you gotta fake it to make it and that works most days. This morning aint it though lol.

Took the girls for a walk even though its already humid and miserable outside. Made lunch and ate at 11. It was probably my favorite pasta dish Ive made in a while and was so simple.

3pm. Had a 2nd bowl of pasta for early dinner. :)

4:30pm. Got a sweet treat and Im at my limit of 1300 calories. Work until 9 tonight and then home :)

10pm. Home from work. :) I stuck to my fasting and my calorie limit:) my last meal was at 4:30 and I can eat again tomorrow starting at 11. Im taking myself a bubble bath and calling it a night. ❤️
