Drink Girlies, where are you at?

This has been my morning routine for a couple of weeks now. I found this Mary Ruth’s liquid morning multivitamin at Whole Foods and I just had to try it out! So far I have loved it! It taste delicious, especially mixed with some orange juice! I have not noticed a difference in hair growth yet, I am a mama in the thick of postpartum hair loss. But I am hoping to see a difference in the next few weeks as I continue to take this multivitamin!

I’ve definitely noticed feeling less sluggish on days I remember to sip on warm lemon water first thing. Beyond digestion, lemons are a fantastic source of Vitamin C, an antioxidant powerhouse. This means it can give your immune system a nice boost, which is super important, especially if you’re a busy mama like me, always on the go. Plus, Vitamin C is amazing for skin health, helping with collagen production, which can lead to that natural glow we all crave. Who doesn't want radiant skin from a simple drink? Making your own lemon water is incredibly easy, too. Forget fancy concoctions! All you need is a fresh lemon and a glass of water. I usually slice half a lemon and squeeze the juice into a glass of room-temperature or slightly warm water. Some days, I’ll even drop a few slices into a glass jar with ice and water to keep refilling throughout the morning. It's such a simple addition, but it makes a noticeable difference. For those of you looking to really customize your morning hydration, there are so many variations.
