Leg day after not being at the gym for weeks 😅🥵 today kicked my butt but in a good way.
I big thing this year when I started eating healthy and working out is that even if I have a few bad days or weeks or even months I wouldn’t get down on myself or quit. Quitting is no longer an option for me. My health both mentally and physically need this so I can be a better version of myself.
