🎀🪞 Pray Until You See Yourself the Way God Sees You. 🪞🤍
We spend so much time looking in the mirror…
Pointing out our flaws.
Comparing ourselves to others.
Believing the lies we’ve told ourselves for years.
But what if we started seeing ourselves through God’s eyes instead? 🌸
He doesn’t see someone who isn’t enough.
He sees His beloved child. 🤍
He sees someone fearfully and wonderfully made.
Someone chosen.
Someone forgiven.
Someone deeply loved.
Someone worth dying for.
The world will always try to define your value by your appearance, your past, or your mistakes.
God defines your value by His love.
So today, before you criticize yourself…
🙏 Pray.
Ask God to help you see yourself the way He sees you.
Because His opinion is the only one that truly matters. 🩷✨

As someone who has struggled with self-criticism and comparison, I found that praying for God's insight helped shift my entire mindset. When I began to genuinely ask God to reveal how He sees me, I realized He doesn’t focus on my flaws or mistakes, but rather on my inherent worth and purpose.
This journey taught me that God's love defines us far beyond what the world or our past experiences say. Embracing this truth brought a new sense of peace and confidence. Instead of being trapped in cycles of negativity, prayer became a daily practice that reminded me to see myself as God’s beloved, fearfully and wonderfully made masterpiece.
It’s also important to remember that this perspective isn't about perfection but about accepting grace and forgiveness. When I reflected on scriptures like Ephesians 2:10, it helped me understand that I am created for good works planned by God long ago, which gave my life meaning beyond external appearances or past hardships.
If you find yourself stuck in self-doubt or weighed down by negative thoughts, I encourage you to try this prayerful approach. Ask God to help you look in the mirror and see the image He has created — someone worthy of love and chosen for a purpose. This personal shift can bring freedom, healing, and a fresh outlook on life. Remember, His view is the only one that truly matters, and embracing it can change everything.
