Over the past year, I made a conscious decision to stop socially drinking, which has had a major impact on my life and well-being. Initially, it wasn’t easy; social events often revolve around drinks, but I discovered that I could still enjoy these moments without alcohol. The biggest surprise was how much weight I lost after quitting, which motivated me even more to maintain this lifestyle. In my recent 'Get Ready With Me' (GRWM) videos, I open up about these changes and how they influence my daily routine, fashion choices, and overall confidence. I no longer rely on the temporary buzz from drinks; instead, I focus on self-care and mental clarity. This shift has made getting ready in the morning more intentional and enjoyable. I still sometimes enjoy a drink on special occasions, but my relationship with alcohol has completely transformed. I encourage anyone thinking about cutting back on drinking to take small steps and see the positive impact it can have—not only physically but mentally as well. This journey is about balance, health, and feeling good in your own skin.
