I make a schedule like this for any exam week and really stick to it!

This has been incredibly helpful for me to one lay out all of the ways I want to study and when, but also in getting me to start studying earlier!

My best tips are to start early, incorporate breaks, work really hard to not get behind, try not to cram the night before.
