Let’s make stuffed bell peppers!

I am obsessed with costco’s stuffed bell peppers, so I decided to try and make some from scratch at home! I set my oven to 425 degrees and I bake the peppers for about 45 minutes before I remove the foil and let the cheese crisp up for another 10 minutes or until the color is PERFECT! #easy
