MAISEN Premium Tongkatsu with an unlimited 4-feed!

Hello everyone, Dr. Poom brought me a fried pork meal today or Tonkatsu, but what's not common is that every set of this shop comes with a refill, Japanese rice, miso soup, cabbage and green tea (hot / cold). Sounds delicious, right? Let's see what this shop is.

Today I eat at MAISEN, EmQuartier on the 8th floor. There are two sides on the main side of the Japanese wood decoration shop and the open mezzanine side.

Arrived, the staff took us to the table and introduced the menu.

The first dish is served for free to everyone, Kobaji, or a small Japanese appetizer in a kit.

• Bacon Karake, fried dough-plated bacon, mostly flour, not much bacon flavor

• Ohitachi, Pueleng vegetables in dachi broth, crispy fresh Pueleng vegetables, mellow dachi broth, with small pieces of bacon sprinkled with it.

• Tofudenkaku, soft tofu, thin miso coating, delicious

After that, our main course came to serve. My girlfriend ordered a menu of recommendations. MAISEN SIGNATURE MENU "Toku Rosu Set" for 625 baht (Black Round Plate) is a Tongatsu premium that selects a rare special portion of pork because it only has 1% from one pig. Soft pork, rich taste. Frying bread crumbs are crispy, not oiled. Dip the sauce provided in the dish. It goes well.

And I ordered the "Kurobuta Loin Set," or the ridge outside Kurobuta, for 515 baht (square plate), which will stick to it differently from the ridge or the lean Tenderloin. The size is similar to Toku Rosu. It is not very soft, but the pork taste is fainter than Toku Rosu, but not very different.

My girlfriend ate all the cups of Japanese rice and ate a little more of mine. I don't eat personally.

Cut greasy with fringed cabbage, topped with sour, salty, sweet dressings. Eat two people half a bottle. Personally, I feel that the cabbage alley is a little thicker. I want the alley to be thinner, and it may not be as fresh as it should be, but it has been added 6 times.

Hot miso soup, salty, good and salty, with tofu, wagame algae and alley onions. The right amount. Eat 10 cups alone.

Drink cool green tea. It's normal green tea. It's not matt. It doesn't smell roasted rice. Add 6 glasses.

The end of the set will include one dessert from three menus: green tea ice cream, salad fruit boobies and custard almonds.

I chose it as a hoe fruit salad. It's strange. The hoe breast is a crispy jelly, not a soft bounce, as we're used to. The standard fruit salad.

The fan chooses almond custard, custard is not soft, it is also crispy jelly, but it has a clear smell of almond milk. I like this menu more, and the fan likes boobies more.

Summary of this meal for 2 persons 1,254 baht. Do not forget to scan the QR Code at the end of the receipt to request a tax deduction e-tax invoice.

I personally like Katsukura in Japan more than having sesame to grind with tonkatsu sauce. Fresh cabbage is fresher. Yusu orange dressing is refreshing, but it's hot tea. There is no iced tea to choose from. I ate it in Thailand once at Siam Takashimaya since the stump was reopened. Long queue. But at MAISEN, there is no queue.
