While I was climbing in silence, I asked someone who passed me.
"How far is the summit?" The answer was "This area is about half way. It's steep from here and it's the hardest, but please do your best." 😳

三峯神社奥宮への登山は、単なる観光ではなく修行のような厳しさを伴います。私自身も事前に登山届の存在を「大袈裟」と考えていましたが、実際の道は舗装された杉並木から始まり、やがて険しい岩場や細く危険な道へと変わっていきました。登山中に何度もすれ違う人たちは皆、挑戦者同士として挨拶を交わし、連帯感も感じました。特に鎖を使ってよじ登る場面は、慣れない私には手探りの必死な体験で、頂上にたどり着いた時の達成感は格別でした。 山頂の奥宮での参拝後、見晴らしの良い崖の景色を眺めると疲れが一気に吹き飛び、身体と心が浄化されたような感覚になりました。持参した潰れたおにぎりも疲れを癒す大切なエネルギー源となり、登山の中での食事の大切さを改めて実感。下山は登る時以上に危険が伴い、崖を慎重に下る難しさを味わいながら、自然の厳しさを肌で感じました。途中で感じた爽やかな風は、何かパワーをもらったような気持ちにさせてくれました。 この三峯神社での体験は、人生の道のりにも通じる教訓が詰まっています。険しい直線的な道か、遠回りでも穏やかな道か、自分の足で選びながら進む。その過程で疲れても立ち止まらず、そして達成した時の充実感は何物にも代え難いものです。天空のパワースポットとして知られる三峯神社、この場所は厳しい自然の中で心身を整え、元気と気づきを得られる最高の場所だと感じました。健康が第一と 痛感しつつ、また必ず訪れたいと思っています。
