Homemade Cheesecake

When you see store-bought cheesecake loaded with five million ingredients you can’t even pronounce, it makes you appreciate the simple things. So I decided to make homemade Cheesecake tonight. I always go back to the recipe my mom has been using 40+yrs - a recipe that was originally shared with her by a friend’s mom. This recipe has crushed pineapple baked on the bottom. Over the years, I’ve tweaked the recipe here and there for my customers, but at home, it’s stayed exactly the same as the original recipe. The first bite takes me back to when mommy would make it - with love, memories, and tradition 🥰

I love Cheesecakes when they're still warm or slightly cool, but before they set up. So good...
