Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Recipe 😋

Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Recipe -

Ingredients:

2 8oz packs of cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 eggs

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

2 tsp pumpkin spice

1 9” graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)

Whipped cream, for serving

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F

Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract until well combined

Mix in eggs, one at a time, until smooth

Spread about half the cheesecake batter (about 1 1/2 cups) into the bottom of the graham cracker crust and set aside

Add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice to the remaining cheesecake batter and mix to combine

Spread the pumpkin layer evenly over the cheesecake layer

Bake 40 - 45 minutes, until center is set

Cool about an hour then refrigerate at least 3 hours

Slice and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon
