Healthy low calorie meal idea 👍

This came out so good, 338 calories yet feels very filling. 38 grams of protein!! I made about 1/2 cup of rice, added my veggies (tomato, corn green onion, red onion and some lemon juice), added some pinto beans, a little fat free shredded cheese. I topped it with a little salsa Verde and then added some plain fat free Greek yogurt as my sour cream replacement 😋
