I went on a mission this summer to find the best bingsoo in the Bay, here’s my totally unscientific but very passionate ranking after hitting up 9 spots:
Top Tier:
🥇 Naya Dessert Cafe – My longtime fave! Perfectly creamy, not too sweet.
🥈 Dento Piano Cafe – Fluffy texture, balanced sweetness. No frills, just good.
🥉 San Ho Won – Seasonal, but if you catch it? Silky milkiness.
Solid Contenders:
✨ Ernest – Super soft, but toppings steal the show.
✨ Powder – Light, affordable, great for a quick fix.
Meh:
❄️ Sulbing – Fresh fruit, but the ice itself tastes like...
❄️ U Dessert Story – Too sweet, forgettable.
Skip:
🚫 OH Dessert – Sugar overload, zero personality.
🚫 Heuk Hwa Dang – Canned fruit vibes and cloyingly sweet.
