One thing about me, I will always indulge in hobbies that I enjoyed in my childhood. Coloring was one of those things. Now I have joined an online coloring club for women and it has been such a life changer.

Whether it's through coloring, painting, or other artistic endeavors, reconnecting with these past interests often leads to newfound inspiration and personal fulfillment. If you're considering exploring a hobby you loved in the past, don't hesitate to dive in - it could be a rewarding journey towards self-discovery and stress relief.

bullet/ junk journal ideas 💡 I read somewhere to just make a journal and fill it with everything and anything you can think of. Sometimes I just write a journal entry, other times I'm just doodling, most times I'm adding stickers. Don't think about it too much, just make it yours.

Does juicing really work??????
