Journaling For Healing 📝✨
Journaling with intention has really helped me on my healing journey. Here are some prompts you should use this week for your daily writing:
1. **Reflect on Past Pain:**
- Think about a tough time you went through. How did it make you feel then, and how does it still affect you? What did you learn from it?
2. **Self-Compassion:**
- Write a kind letter to yourself. Talk about the hard things you've been through and remind yourself of your strength.
3. **Forgiveness:**
- Is there someone you need to forgive, including yourself? What would it feel like to truly forgive them? How might it help you move on?
4. **Gratitude for Healing:**
- List five things you’re thankful for in your healing journey. How has each one helped you grow?
5. **Future Vision:**
- Imagine your life a year from now, having made a lot of progress. What does your daily life look like? How do you feel, and what positive changes have you made?

I don’t quite journal in this traditional way but I do bullet journal and use my spreads for different areas and also to set goals and occasionally for a vent session or two.
