① Take only the leaves of the parsley and chop it roughly.

② Lightly dry-roast walnuts in a frying pan to bring out the aroma and chop them roughly.

③ Cut the avocado into cubes and mix with lemon juice (1 teaspoon).

④ Put tuna, parsley, walnuts and avocado in a bowl.

⑤ Add the remaining lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper and mix.
